About

Constantinos Hadjichristofis

As a former aspiring professional athlete, side-lined by a string of injuries, my focus turned from my personal competitive athletic endeavours to a commitment in higher education, to help other athletes and the general population, to be active, safely, and efficiently. I strive to identify patients’ needs – treating physical pain with understanding and offering support as we work together to confront and overcome these injuries. Committed to designing individualised physical therapy treatment plans based on each patients’ needs to help them get back on their feet active, with a specific focus on heath well-being, injury prevention and performance. My goal, is to facilitate healthy exercise interventions and facilitate rehabilitation for all demographics of the population, irrelevant of physical fitness, age or disability. Exercise is the best medicine. Having lived through multiple serious injuries and operations myself I can relate to the patient and his challenges on a more personal and compassionate level.
